Deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday only. No goods will be sent out over the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays. All orders are dispatched from the UK.
DHL Next day Delivery. Order before 2pm to receive your item(s) the next day (Monday - Friday only) - £8
DHL Standard Shipping (3 - 5 days) - £5
Free Collect in store. Order online today to pick up your items in store as early as tomorrow

International delivery charge advised are FREE and parcels are delivered by DHL.
The country of order and delivery country must match.
- Goods purchased online can be returned at any time within 30 days of receipt for an automatic refund or exchange. Orders placed between 16th November 2023 and 16th December 2023 will be subject to an extended 60 day returns period.
- Check our Terms & Conditions regarding refunds and exchanges on our website to ensure your purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note we do not accept returns for underwear for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Email [email protected] informing us of the exchange or refund you require and any details regarding the alternative items you would like in the instance of an exchange.
- Complete the Returns Form and enclose this in your package.
- Package your items in their original packaging with all swing tickets and sock riders attached, ensuring they do not become damaged in transit.
- UK customers: Attach the waybill included with your order to your return parcel and take it to your local DHL drop off point. Alternatively arrange collection for your parcel with DHL by calling them on 08442480844 and following the steps as prompted, you will need to quoting your waybill number.
- International customers: Please click here to create your returns documents. Once you have created your documents follow the steps provided to return your order.
- Once we receive your unsuitable items and we have confirmed they are eligible for a refund or exchange we shall process this within 10 working days. We shall inform you when your items have been processed.
